High-DR SaaS Directories

In SaaS we generally consider DR 60+ as high authority, DR 40–60 as good, and DR below 30 as low. Anything DR 70+ is exceptional and worth submitting to manually with maximum care. The directories sorted to the top of the list below are all DR 50+ unless filtered otherwise.

After that, the medium-DR long tail (DR 20–50) adds incremental value through topical relevance and referral traffic. Skip directories below DR 15 unless they are highly niche-relevant.

We use Ahrefs Domain Rating refreshed regularly. DR is a 0–100 score based on the strength and quantity of a domain's backlink profile. It is the most widely used proxy for "how much link authority can this site pass to mine".

Yes. High DR alone does not guarantee a useful link. A high-DR directory might (a) put your link in a noindexed page, (b) tag the link NoFollow or rel="ugc", (c) bury you on page 50 of an unfilterable list, or (d) have heavy ad/affiliate content that dilutes the link equity.
